Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse

The company is seeking a Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join the surgical team east of Gallup, New Mexico. The OR Circulator RN will manage nursing care during surgery, help maintain a sterile and organized environment, and support patient safety throughout perioperative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment.
Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques.
Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records.
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care.
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or a Compact State License.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) certification.
1+ year of recent OR circulating experience.
