Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager

Position OverviewInternational is seeking an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to join our growing team at this facility!The Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager reports to the Plant Quality Manager and manages day to day department resources and coordinates the management of quality deviations, quality system, quality related performance elements, and collaborates with other TRATON sites on all quality related elements.Day Shift Position starting at 5:30amResponsibilitiesLead/Manage the Quality Department, which includes Quality Engineers, Assurance InspectorsFoster and Lead Practical Problem-Solving activitiesMonitor Campaign process & progressManaging compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirementsPerforms analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessaryProficient in the development and maintenance of APQP documentsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 4 years of quality inspection experienceORMaster's degree and at least 2 years of quality inspection experienceORAt least 6 years of quality inspection experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
