Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Las Vegas team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for patient care. This role supports our doctors and clinical team in delivering high-quality implant and restorative treatments while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during implant surgeries, restorative procedures, and routine dental treatments. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and dental equipment following OSHA and infection control guidelines. Take and process digital X‑rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos as directed. Provide chairside support and anticipate the dentist’s needs throughout procedures. Educate and support patients before, during, and after treatment to ensure a positive experience. Document patient care and treatment notes accurately in the practice management system. Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Nevada Dental Assistant and X‑ray certification required. Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (implant and/or oral surgery experience is a plus). Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, sterilization techniques, and chairside protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Commitment to patient‑centered care and a positive team culture.
