Senior Community Manager

Leading community management for a major online retailer, the contract Senior Community Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, engage with audiences, and analyze community insights while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Own the day-to-day community strategy and define brand engagement across social platforms Manage content calendar planning and oversee publishing schedules while optimizing for platform best practices Analyze community sentiment and performance data to extract insights and recommend actionable strategies Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in community management or social media, preferably in an agency or consumer brand setting Proven ability to build and engage social communities effectively Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprinklr and Monday.com Exceptional writing skills with a strong understanding of platform culture and trends Experience in moderating sensitive online conversations and managing client communications
