DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Tampa, FL.Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Advisory Business Senior Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring across Technology and Financial Services practices. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders to manage full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and has experience recruiting for technical, consulting, and business-critical roles.Key Responsibilities:* Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination* Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop recruiting strategies* Source active and passive candidates through cold outreach, networking, job boards, referrals, and recruiting tools* Recruit for Technology roles, including AI/ML, engineering, data, IT, and related positions* Recruit for Financial Services roles, including banking, fintech, payments, consulting, and related areas* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand skill sets* Use ATS/CRM systems to maintain accurate candidate records, reporting, and recruiting activity* Leverage AI tools, automation, and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and candidate engagement* Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to hiring managers* Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, onboarding teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process* Manage multiple requisitions in a remote, high-volume environment* Support recruiting strategy discussions, workforce planning, and process improvement initiativesRequirements* 5+ years of recruiting experience* Experience in agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, consulting, professional services, or a combination* Proven experience recruiting for Technology, Financial Services, or business-critical roles* Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement experience* Experience with cold calling, outreach, and pipeline development* Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, Bullhorn, Beeline, SuccessFactors, or similar* Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting tools and automation platforms* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills* Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads while maintaining quality and candidate experiencePreferred Qualifications:* Workday ATS experience* Experience recruiting for AI, data, software engineering, fintech, banking, or payments roles* Experience supporting global consulting or professional services organizations* Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, market mapping, and talent intelligenceKey Competencies:* Full-Cycle Recruiting* Direct Sourcing* Passive Candidate Engagement* Stakeholder Management* Technology Recruiting* Financial Services Recruiting* Candidate Experience* ATS/CRM Management* Market Research* Communication and Influence* High-Volume Recruiting* Process ImprovementJob TypeContractCompensation38 - $56
