Project Manager II - USA - IA - Des Moines

The successful applicant will be assigned to several projects simultaneously and will manage each project from beginning to closeout

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Team/Estimators with pricing, walkthroughs, bid submittals of new/extra work

• Preparation for commencement of start of new job, including all documentation and requirements are met

• Liaison between field and the operations/scheduling department

• Liaison between engineering department and field

• Track productivity and financial targets

• Preparation and submittals of extra work pricing and pricing breakdowns/backup

• Provide customer service to customer contacts

• Ensure all work performed is captured, priced, submitted to customer and billed by Accounts Receivable team

Requirements:

• Strong administrative skills

• Detail oriented

• Ability to multitask

• Persistent and self-motivated

• Takes ownership of job tasks and responsibilities

• Good customer service attitude

• Technological knowledge and experience, specifically a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experience in construction industry required (1 - 5 years); experience with scaffolding industry a plus

• Experience in Engineering a plus

• Valid state driver's license required
