Sales Manager, In-Home Windows and Doors
$120K to $250K a year, commission-based. Lead a team of 5 reps across Portland, Vancouver and Salem. Every appointment is a warm, pre-qualified lead. No cold calling.
Columbia Windows is growing in a competitive market, and we need a manager who can close and coach. You'll split your time evenly between selling and building up our team.
What you'll do
- Train new and current reps on our in-home sales process
- Coach a team of 5 in-home sales reps
- Run in-home appointments
- Close same-day on warm, pre-qualified leads
- Help each rep on your team hit their numbers
What you need
- 5+ of in-home or outside sales experience with a record of closing
- Experience training or leading salespeople 3+
- Available Monday to Friday, including evening appointments
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to reach homes across Portland, Vancouver and Salem
What you get
- $120K to $250K a year in total earnings.
- Warm, pre-qualified appointments. You never cold call.
- We make our windows in house, so you sell a product we control from start to finish
