Be able to follow food handling guidelines and sanitary and health-related protocols. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Prep Follow production charts, fill out logs and keep track of chicken cooking time. Organize and store chicken in its proper containers. Prepare ingredients for cooking Store food in their designated container in an organized manner Portion, wrap, and label ingredients with name and date Cleaning Utilizing correct cleaning methods for the preparation of certain items Wash dishes using the dishwasher or by hand.
