Systems & Infrastructure Analyst

Salary: $73,057.6 - 81,217.6 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, typically in Computer Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• We are looking for 0-3 years of progressive experience in systems and infrastructure at the level of a CT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist II, or 4-6 years of comparable experience as an education-and-experience substitute.
• We prefer hands-on knowledge of AWS services, including VPC, AppStream, EC2, and CloudWatch.
• We prefer experience with Salesforce administration.
• We prefer experience with MuleSoft administration.
• We prefer experience supporting the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• We prefer experience supporting Windows and Linux servers.
• We value the ability to research, innovate, solve problems, communicate clearly, troubleshoot effectively, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• We require the ability to pass a background check.

• We provide system administration and production support for our DFS AWS environments.
• We perform advanced systems and infrastructure work, including Windows and Linux administration.
• We manage system access, permissions, and security.
• We handle software and system installation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• We deliver technical support to team members as needed.
• We ensure our AWS environments comply with state and federal regulations.
• We provide Salesforce administration and production support for DFS applications hosted in that environment.
• We monitor development activity to ensure naming standards are followed.
• We deploy DFS applications and apply updates within Salesforce.
• We assist developers with support and development of DFS applications in Salesforce.
• We complete required documentation for change control, system functionality, metrics, timekeeping, and other agency requirements.
• We collaborate closely with other team members and with colleagues across ETS teams.
• We identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• We help safeguard sensitive case data through strong security practices.
