Industrial Electrician

Locations: Bladenboro, NC Elizabethtown, NC Clinton, NC Tar Heel, NC Day-to-day responsibilities: Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for purposes such as lighting, climate control, security, and communications. Work with blueprints for installing electrical systems in various facilities. Indicate circuit locations on blueprints. Install new electrical equipment and perform repairs to minimize downtime. Replace circuit breakers, fuses, switches, and other components. Collaborate with engineers or technicians as needed. Ensure compliance with NEC, state/local regulations, and OSHA standards during installations. Review specifications and blueprints for accuracy. Test and monitor electrical systems, recommending improvements. Requirements: Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams. Physical fitness for working in confined spaces and carrying equipment. Knowledge of National Electrical Code. Attention to detail and safety standards. Ability to work independently and reliably. Valid Driver's License and background/drug screening clearance. Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining power distribution, control systems, and relay logic.
