Why This Role is Exciting

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated demand generation programs. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen market awareness.

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Content, Creative, and Digital teams to develop scalable programs that engage target prospects and accounts throughout the enterprise buyer journey. You have a strong analytical mindset, excel at cross-functional leadership, and continuously optimize programs based on performance data and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy, driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline while supporting revenue goals.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising (paid social, display, retargeting), content syndication, email, webinars, virtual events, direct mail, and sales development programs.
• Build campaign strategies aligned to business objectives, target personas, industry trends, and the enterprise buyer journey.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate product positioning into high-performing demand generation campaigns.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales and GTM teams, aligning on pipeline goals, target accounts, campaign priorities, and performance insights.
• Drive segmentation, audience strategy, and campaign personalization in partnership with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, attribution, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities and improve program effectiveness.
• Forecast campaign performance and develop plans to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful programs while continuously testing new channels, messaging, tactics, and AI to improve conversion rates and marketing spend efficiency.
• Stay informed on competitive activity, industry trends, buyer behavior, and emerging demand generation best practices.
• Present campaign strategy, performance, insights, and recommendations to senior Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketers while contributing to demand generation best practices, processes, and operational excellence.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

• 5-7+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing experience, with increasing ownership of strategy and business outcomes.
• Experience marketing enterprise SaaS - Knowledge of GRC, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, or IT/Cyber buyer personas are a big plus!
• Proven success building integrated demand generation programs that consistently generate qualified pipeline and influence revenue.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying committees, complex sales cycles, and full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns, prioritize and allocate budget, and measure ROI.
• Experience partnering with Sales leadership and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and business results.
• Advanced experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience sharing results and recommendations with senior leadership and cross-functional GTM teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
• Curious, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and experimentation.
