We are seeking a skilled and motivated Materials Engineer to contribute to our cutting-edge projects in the field of polymers and adhesives/epoxies. This role offers a chance to work onsite, collaborating with experts and advancing your career in a thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in project team meetings focused on materials research, new product development, and support for the entire Neuromodulation Portfolio.
- Conduct laboratory work including materials characterization, accelerated testing, and surface analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports to document research findings and project progress.
- Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of materials characterization, processing, and performance.
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of Materials Science, Biocompatibility, Biostability, and Materials of Concern Regulations.
- Experience with Bone Cements, Combination Products, and Drug/Device Interactions.
- Knowledge of Corrosion and Electrochemistry, Biostability, and Biocompatibility.
