Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms to inform treatment decisions.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, therapeutic goals, and personal circumstances, ensuring that each plan is interactive and adaptable.

  • Implement evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), applying these methodologies within individualized treatment frameworks.

  • Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care practices. Facilitate support groups and workshops to promote mental wellness.

  • Monitor and track client progress, making modifications to treatment plans as needed to align with clients' evolving needs and facilitate their recovery journey.

  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to client treatment.
