Job Title
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain material inventory at min/max levels by calculating demand, usage, & scrap. Create and send forecasts, and weekly releases to suppliers
2. Maintain accurate data input into integrated computer system to support material supply and demand
3. Responsible for cycle counts for AS & SS divisions
4. Responsible for assisting and identifying potential problems or abnormal conditions and establishing countermeasures and corrective action
5. Develop, maintain and audit all required Standard Work Instructions that pertain to Raw Material Planning that support TGASK, ISO, IATF16949 and MMOG requirements.
6. Responsible for determining most cost effective method for inbound freight and expedite freight as required to support production
7. Schedule inbound and outbound freight as necessary
8. Ensure EMS/QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
