DFW1 USA Irving TX 4050 Valley View Irving, TX 75038, USA Responsibilities Review, analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts Research ledger items to resolve discrepancies and explain variances Produce monthly reports and assist in month end closing Perform bank reconciliations. Ability to self-manage and ensure tasks are done timely Provide documentation and supporting schedules to auditors Perform trend analysis on P&L accounts Record, depreciation, payroll, A/P accruals and tax accruals Handle straight-line rent entries, re occurring entries and allocations. Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities Strong working knowledge of accounting (P&L and Balance sheet) Very focused on to detail and accuracy; double checks work. Has good communication and interpersonal skills Has strong organizational and prioritizing skills Has strong problem-solving skills Proficient in relevant computer applications; knowledge of AccPac a plus.
