Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Compensation & Benefits

• $450,000 guaranteed annual salary
• No RVU or productivity requirements
• $150,000 recruitment incentive

Practice Overview

• Outpatient clinic: approximately 10 patients per day
• Acute inpatient care: less than 1 patient per day
• Skilled/swing-bed care: approximately 3 patients per day
• Long-term care: approximately 13 patients per day
• Emergency department: fewer than 2 visits per day

Emergency Medicine & Call

• Provide ED call coverage at least 50% of the time
• Remaining coverage coordinated with other providers
• No in-house call
• Call may be taken from anywhere within a 30-minute radius

Leadership & Autonomy

Physicians have the opportunity to play an active role in the future of healthcare in Hamilton County, including:
