Job Description Job Description About the Role: $22.00–$27.00/hour + Signing Bonus We're an ABA therapy practice in Pierce County looking for a certified RBT to join our team. As a pillar of our growing practice, you'll work closely with our BCBA, get direct mentorship, and have real input as we build out our approach — not just be a number in a large caseload rotation. What you'll do: Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Provide one-on-one support to clients in home and community settings Track and record client progress and behaviors accurately Help shape and adjust behavior intervention strategies Communicate with families and the team about client progress Participate in ongoing training and professional development What we're looking for: Active RBT certification (required) Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable with a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings/weekends Compassionate, patient, and a strong communicator (Willing to undergo background check as required for working with this client population.)
