Embark on an exciting journey within the rapidly expanding US sports technology market, collaborating with major leagues like NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA.As a Warehouse Technician, you'll be instrumental in supporting office-based and on-site operations within the ever-evolving sports technology industry. In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our operations by managing inventory, building and supporting hardware, and coordinating logistics.This role offers a variety of day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift with business needs. Strong performance and a collaborative mindset can lead to opportunities for career growth as our team continues to expand.General ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations:Maintain a clean and functional work environment, including work stations, meeting rooms, warehouse shelving, freight areas, etc.Receive, track, and organize incoming hardware shipments while maintaining accurate inventory recordsUtilize the Warehouse Management System(WMS), along with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite to support shipping operationsMaintain inventory accuracy and communicate inventory information to hardware team based on current stock levelsSupport warehouse logistics, including moving and preparing pallets for hardware storage, shipment and deploymentAssist with new equipment preparation and setup to support office and on-site operationsMaintain the quality, organization and cleanliness of rental kits and equipmentAssemble specialized kits supporting on-site installations and upgradesTechnical:Troubleshoot professional-grade hardware, test components, identify failures, and prepare broken equipment for shipment to suppliersPerform hardware builds and functional testing of equipment prior to deploymentAssist with hardware configuration, connectivity checks, and basic troubleshooting of technical systemsSupport 3D printing productions through monitoring prints, filament changes, and inserting hardwareRequirementsEssential:Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlinesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, think analytically and problem solveAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutionsAbility to work independently, assess priorities and organize workload with minimal supervisionAbility to regularly lift and move equipment up to 50-60lbsFlexibility to work outside of standard office hours when requiredWillingness to perform any reasonable duties as assignedAbility and willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support (up to 7 days per year)Preferred:Experience working with tools and equipment safely, with awareness of personal and team safety responsibilitiesExperience with Click-up/Google SuiteFusion 360 and 3D printing experience is a plus
