What You'll Do As a Junior Marketing Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging promotional campaigns and creating exceptional customer experiences at live events and retail activations. Responsibilities include: Represent clients and their brands professionally at promotional events, retail campaigns, and community outreach initiatives Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products, services, and current marketing campaigns Build brand awareness through positive customer interactions Assist with event setup, execution, coordination, and breakdown Support customer engagement and lead generation initiatives Learn campaign planning, event management, and brand promotion strategies Collaborate with marketing managers and team members to achieve campaign goals Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities Paid Training Includes Event marketing and promotions Brand ambassador training Customer service and client relations Marketing campaign execution Communication and presentation skills Leadership development Business and management fundamentals Qualifications No previous marketing experience is required.
