Title : Staff Accountant - Tax or Audit
Location : Indianapolis, IN 46240
Schedule : Hybrid; Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM; 1 WFH day/week (except Wednesdays); Saturdays required during busy season
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
Support audit, review, and compilation engagements
Assist in preparing financial statements
Contribute to tax planning and compliance
Help onboard and mentor junior team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required; GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred)
0-3+ years of public accounting experience
Actively pursuing CPA (or interested in doing so)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with UltraTax and SurePrep a plus
Professional, service-minded attitude
