Talent Acquisition CoordinatorJob Location: Phoenix, AZThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will report to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager (TADM). This position supports all Region-specific talent acquisition efforts. The TAC will support the sourcing the best available, qualified talent for current and future business requirements, including supporting the development, coordination, and maintenance of Regioanal talent acquisition/recruiting processes and programs.Key ResponsibilitiesReviews and assesses applicant resumes, conducts phone interviews, and communicates with candidates dailyWorks collaboratively with TADM, TA team, and Corporate HR to support a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managersUses proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely mannerSupports a robust, year-round campus recruitment effort, including providing support and maintenance of a sizeable summer internship programSupports Regioanl efforts to establish Hensel Phelps as an employer of choice in all areas of the TA process.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferably in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, business management, or similar field of study3 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professionalor combination of equivalent education and experience and/or combination of equivalent education and experience.Demonstrated experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environmentExperience working collaboratively and effectively with hiring managersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong verbal and written communicationImpeccable attention to detailExperience leveraging Applicant Tracking SystemsStrong observational and analytical skillsAdvanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI a plus.Physical RequirementsLight Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The individual in this position will periodically walk, kneel, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity. Walking - The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, boxes, cabinets, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone, computer, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics related to office administration. Constantly computes, analyzes, and conceptualizes mathematical calculations and formulas. Constantly reads written communications and views email submissions. The person in this position regularly sits in a stationary position in front of a computer screen. Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.
