EMT or Paramedic - Full Time at Medcor Goodyear, AZ

EMT or Paramedic – Clinic Manager Location: Goodyear, AZ. Hours: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. *Hours may vary based on client needs.* Applicants must be comfortable working in a construction environment, able to climb stairs and work at heights as needed. Role Overview Responsible for oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling. Manage clinic operations, collaborate with client stakeholders (health, safety, environmental, HR, benefits) and Medcor leadership, provide patient care, workers’ compensation case management, return‑to‑work program support, treatment plan monitoring, and OSHA record keeping. Work closely with outside medical providers. Typical Day Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (the Medcor Care Protocols, MCPs) Build and maintain internal team relationships Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools Pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings Physical Assessment Testing (PATs) Case management OSHA record‑keeping General administrative duties Must Lead and support a clinic team operationally Have valid licensure for the position and current CPR/BLS certification Strong computer and technology skills (including EMR software) Be physically able to lift a 50‑lb emergency response bag Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive and outgoing personality Willing to go above and beyond as a personal value Passionate about people and providing the best care possible Have a sense of fun Plus If Comfortable working in a construction environment Relevant occupational health experience Experience in emergency medicine or critical care Benefits Paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) with match, education reimbursement, and more.
