Position Overview Family Medicine - Physician at Middletown Family Care (UPMC) located at 1025 West Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057. Status: Permanent / Full-time Shift Schedule: Weekdays Mon–Fri Immigration Status: Accepts H1B visas Clinical Responsibilities 36 hours of patient‑facing time Mon–Fri with 4 hours of administrative time per week. Light call schedule from home, shared equally among providers. No inpatient call. Resources include referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and UPMC’s network of specialists. Administrative support provided by a dedicated team of professionals handling practice operations.
