Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and promoting health and wellness. This role requires compassion, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health status and progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care when needed
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards
