Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• PT certification required
• Master's degree required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm
• Coverage areas: Hawkins, Mineola, and Lindale
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Location Highlights

Tyler offers access to East Texas outdoor recreation and regional attractions. Tyler State Park is about 15 miles from the city and features hiking trails, fishing, and a 64-acre lake for kayaking and swimming. The Tyler Rose Garden spans 14 acres and includes more than 35,000 rose bushes, while the Caldwell Zoo houses over 2,000 animals and sits a short drive from downtown. For weekend travel, Dallas is about 100 miles west via Interstate 20, giving travelers access to a major metro area while living in a smaller city setting.
