What You'll Do Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check‑in and checkout process. Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, following up, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps. Help customers set up new devices and advise whether to repair or replace old devices. Monitor service queues and give accurate status updates to customers. Maintain knowledge and skill sets through certified training courses. Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents. Qualifications Minimum of 3 months experience working in retail or customer service. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends. Passion for technology and desire to solve problems. Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast‑paced industry.
