Position Title: Crew MemberDepartment: OperationsReports To: General ManagerStatus (FT/PT): Part-TimeFLSA Status: Non-ExemptTravel: NoneLocation: Onsite at park locationJOB SUMMARY:Crew Members are frontline team members responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and memorable guest experience across multiple operational stations within the park. This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability.Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.General Responsibilities (All Stations)Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.Station-Specific ResponsibilitiesCourt MonitorActively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.Enforce safety rules consistently and respectfully.Identify and address unsafe behavior promptly.Assist with emergency response procedures as trained.Greeter / Park SupportWelcome guests and provide directional assistance.Support guest flow and traffic management.Maintain cleanliness of public areas and high-touch surfaces.Monitor waiver completion and wristband compliance where applicable.Party HostLead birthday parties and group events from start to finish.Manage event timelines and transitions.Deliver structured activities and high-energy guest engagement.Coordinate food and room setup.Party CoordinatorPrepare party rooms and materials prior to events.Confirm party details and package inclusions.Support seamless coordination between departments.Address minor concerns and escalate when appropriate.Café Front of House (FOH)Take and process guest orders accurately using POS systems.Provide product knowledge and suggest add-ons appropriately.Maintain a clean and organized service area.Follow cash-handling procedures.Café Back of House (BOH)Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards.Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs.Maintain a clean prep and kitchen area.Front Desk (Sales)Greet and check in guests efficiently.Assist with waivers, ticket purchases, and memberships.Serve as a brand ambassador by recommending memberships or enhancements that elevate the guest experience.Address guest questions and concerns professionally.Park TrainingComplete required onboarding and safety certifications.Participate in ongoing skill development.Demonstrate coachability and commitment to continuous improvement.Marketing SupportAssist with in-park promotions and local community events.Encourage participation in surveys or promotional campaigns.Represent the brand positively in all interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:Must be 16 years of age or older.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.SKILLS:Foundational competencies include –Positive and professional attitude.Strong verbal communication skills.Coachability and openness to feedback.Reliability and punctuality.Team-oriented mindset.Initiative and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.Ability to remain calm and respectful in busy or high-energy situations.Basic comfort with technology, including POS systems and scheduling tools.EDUCATION:No formal education requirementHigh schools students are encouraged to apply.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires the ability to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation –Ability to stand and move throughout the park for extended periods.Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.Ability to communicate effectively in a loud indoor environment.Ability to respond quickly to safety situations.Compensation starts at $15.15/hr.Circus Trix and its brands are proud to be equal opportunity employers.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.This job description is intended to indicate the kinds of tasks required of the position given this title and shall not be construed as declaring all the specific duties and responsibilities.
