HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

• Ensures accuracy and optimization of the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Physician Partners'(TMHPP) professional revenue cycle operations.
• Provides strategic direction and oversight for internal processes, outsourced engagements, and key communications to stakeholders.
• Contributes to long-term revenue cycle optimization, transparency, and accountability within the professional revenue cycle operations.
• Collaborates with physician leaders, Information Services (IS), and vendors.
• Identifies and reviews appropriate revenue cycle reports.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations; monitors financial risks and recommends mitigation strategies.

Supervises:

• Analyst/Decision Support (JC: 226202)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field

Preferred Education:

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.

Required Experience:

• Five (5) years of relevant, job-related experience
