Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Night shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Block scheduling is not guaranteed)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks: 16

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing

Travel experience is required

Must have current AHA BLS certification

Active NY RN License and all active RN licenses verified via NURSYS

Skills checklist must match specialty

Drivers license must have an address matching demographic information

Experience with EMR system: EPIC

Provide essential nursing care to patients in a medical surgical unit

Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms

Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed

Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care

RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
