About This Role

We're looking for skilled installers to join our team at Desert Design! With over 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, and specialty remodeling services in Northern Nevada, we offer a great opportunity for a career change with a family-oriented team. We currently have openings for carpet/vinyl and hard surface flooring installers.

We're a busy team, and we need people who are ready to hit the ground running!

We're looking for team players who can;

• Adhere to our company policies and industry standards to ensure successful installations.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, sales consultants, management, and fellow installers.
• Use digital tools to track their time.
• Work safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Communicate concerns with the right team members.

The ideal candidate will have;

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for product delivery and travel when needed.
• The necessary tools for the trade they'll be performing.
• Hands-on experience in the trade they'll be performing.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to get their hands dirty
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
