Manager, Data, Analytics & AI
AbbVie
AbbVie seeks a Manager of Data, Analytics & AI to integrate procurement data and analytics capabilities with AI/machine learning initiatives. The role focuses on improving data products, preparing data structures for ML consumption, and bridging technical teams to advance the procurement AI roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of Procurement Data Products through quality checks and schema enhancements
- Prepare and enrich data products for AI/ML consumption with structured, documented, feature-ready formats
- Bridge Data & Analytics and Procurement AI teams by translating governance standards into ML-compatible structures
- Support expansion of AI-enabled analytics capabilities by ensuring proper data integration and structuring
- Contribute to analytics delivery and BI reporting as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4–6 years of data engineering, analytics engineering, or data product development experience
- Strong data governance and advanced data modeling proficiency
- Expertise in data and analytics tools: AWS/Redshift, Snowflake, Azure, Fabric, SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with AI/ML data preparation and feature engineering preferred
