Come join our team as we make a real difference!Position Responsibilities:Support campus administration, faculty, staff, and studentsReceive oral and written orders from building administratorPerforms work according to stand procedures and by building operational scheduleMakes minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairsPerforms painting and touch-up paintingEmpties waste basketsReplaces light bulbsSets up and tears down chairs, tables, and equipment for meetingsFollows all applicable safety rules and proceduresAdditional duties may be requiredWork in a manner that reflects the character of JesusWalk in humility – a servant leaderRequirements:Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching StatementsIs a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actionHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to work well as part of a teamMust be punctual and reliableAbility to move consistently for up to eight hours per dayPrior job-related experience in custodial procedures and building maintenance with increasing levels of responsibilitySkills to operate standard custodial equipmentKnowledge of OSHA rules and regulations related to the handling of cleaning supplies and chemicalsSuperior customer service and relational skillsAbility to perform prolonged physical activity, including standing, reaching, lifting up to fifty pounds, handling, and fingeringAble to work independently and understand and carry out oral and written instructionsFlexible schedule: This position will require some weekend workWilling to complete Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance, CPR, and first aid trainingAgrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching StatementsSalary Range:$18.00-$18.25 Per HourBenefits:Accrued Paid Sick LeaveStart Date:ASAPFor more information, please contact the Human Resources Department.
