Are you a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator with strong scheduling and construction coordination experience, looking to join a rapidly growing modular construction company offering long-term progression and career development?

You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and support the successful delivery of multiple live projects.

The Role:
* Support Project Managers across multiple modular construction projects
* Assist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining timelines
* Coordinate RFIs, submittals, documentation, and project communications
* Help ensure projects remain organised, compliant, and on schedule

The Person:
* Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
* Construction industry background required, modular experience preferred
* Strong scheduling, organisational, and communication skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
