Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Harrisburg
Shift: Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
Pay: $70,000+ DOE + commission
Schedule: Full-time
Duration: Direct Hire

Signature Staffing is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for a well-established local media and publishing company. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and creating impactful marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including advertisers and partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
Present and sell advertising packages, sponsorships, and marketing solutions
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and subscriptions
Manage digital campaigns including social media, email marketing, and website content
Coordinate promotional efforts, events, and partnerships
Track performance metrics and report on sales and campaign success
Stay informed on market trends and identify new opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM systems
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
Experience in media, publishing, or advertising is a plus
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid ads is a plus
