Senior Director, Pharmacokinetics

IQVIA seeks a Senior Director of Pharmacokinetics to provide strategic and scientific leadership for Clinical Pharmacology, Early Clinical Development Biostatistics, and Statistical Programming teams. The role oversees resource planning, quality assurance, and delivery of PK/PD activities across clinical development programs while shaping organizational strategy and driving innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for PK/PD, biostatistics, and statistical programming functions
- Oversee quality, compliance, and timely delivery of statistical and regulatory submissions
- Lead resource planning, workforce forecasting, and project assignments across functional teams
- Serve as senior scientific consultant on complex clinical development programs and regulatory strategies
- Mentor staff and foster capability development within Clinical Pharmacology organization
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics or related discipline
- Extensive experience in clinical pharmacology and PK/PD analysis
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional scientific teams
- Expertise in early clinical development study design and statistical methodology
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and health authority interactions
- Proven track record in operational excellence and process improvement
