• Experience: 2+ years as NNP (excluding RN experience); no new graduates
• Facility: 16-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care within a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Manage patient assessments, treatments, and procedures
• Help with coverage of the newborn nursery and after-hours support
• Contribute to quality improvement and family-centered care initiatives
• Support the education of family members and new staff as needed

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (not FNP, PNP)
  • Minimum 2+ years of NNP experience
  • Active NC license or eligibility
  • Strong clinical skills and team collaboration
• Preferred:
  • Prior NICU experience in a Level III setting
  • Experience with family-centered care models
