Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Avondale, Az
Job Type: Full-Time
We’re a growing HVAC company with over 20 years of experience delivering top-tier service to our customers. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Install, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC systems
Perform ductwork installation and modifications
Work in crawlspaces and attics as needed
Make critical decisions in the field
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification required
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong decision-making skills and a solutions-first mindset
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
