Marketing Coordinator


Support the Business Development Department by assisting in the planning and execution of various events and conferences. The role involves coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and offering on-site support when necessary.



Specific Responsibilities:



Event Management:

• Update the Yearly Calendar of Meetings & Seminars
• Organize and coordinate monthly webinars.
• Facilitate the planning and execution of podcasts.
• Organizes and promotes company seminars and events, both on-and off-site.

• Manage the LinkedIn account by posting relevant content twice a week.
• Regularly update and maintain the company website.
• Develop and manage Academy training modules

• Coordinate commercials and promotional content for products

• Manage sponsorships efficiently to enhance partnerships.
• Monitors budgets for both sponsorship and advertising.

• Coordinate monthly content creation meetings for fresh and engaging materials.
• Create and edit the UW Quarterly Newsletter.

• Manage the distribution of Holiday Cards to clients.
• Update client proximity updates on ORIC Spreadsheet & HubSpot Account
• Fulfill other duties as requested by Management

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-5 years' experience in event coordination and marketing support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
