Role Description This full-time, on-site Warehouse Operations Associate role is based in the North Port-Sarasota Area and supports day-to-day warehouse activities for OSSIO’s medical device products. The associate will receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; accurately pick, pack, and ship orders; and maintain inventory records in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include organizing stock locations, performing cycle counts, assisting with inventory reconciliations, and following clean, safe handling practices appropriate for medical devices. The role also involves preparing documentation for shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and collaborating with operations and quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. This position requires consistent attention to detail, reliable execution of tasks, and effective communication with colleagues and leadership. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP tools, and accurate data entry skills as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow written procedures and standard operating instructions, with high attention to detail and quality. Comfort with manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, moving, and organizing boxes and materials within safe guidelines. Understanding of or willingness to learn basic regulatory and quality requirements related to medical devices or healthcare products. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working across operations, logistics, and quality functions. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated warehouse environments is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
