Work Environment

This position offers a full-time, remote work setting that allows our counselors to connect with clients from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. As a community health clinic, we focus on a therapy-centered model, significantly reducing administrative burdens and maximizing your ability to focus on what you do best—helping clients improve their mental health. With high volumes of regular client referrals, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain a meaningful caseload while enjoying a flexible work schedule of 5–40 hours per week according to your preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to individual client needs.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for your clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical mental health episodes, helping clients navigate emergencies with sensitivity and care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to support their journey toward recovery.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work with adolescents, adults, and families from different cultural backgrounds, addressing their unique needs with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications

• Active state licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a PhD/PsyD psychologist.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently and provide evidence-based clinical services.
• Strong engagement skills and familiarity with therapeutic interventions and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

While having significant experience in clinical settings focusing on diverse populations is preferred, we are equally interested in candidates who exhibit a genuine passion for mental health advocacy and a strong commitment to professional development. Previous experience in a remote counseling setting is a plus, as it enhances your ability to adapt to our practice environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 74,000 and 104,000 annually, plus opportunities for additional bonuses based on licensure and performance.
