CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist with a strong background in hospital settings. Candidates should have experience in working with GE and Siemens FORCE scanners, and proficiency in performing a wide range of CT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized CT scans in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage daily caseload, typically handling 150-200 scans across 4 rooms.
• Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to provide high-quality patient care.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist in emergency procedures, including Code Stroke and trauma imaging.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a 500+ bed hospital setting.
• Skill Requirements: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU experience required; trauma experience is a plus.
• CT Procedure Expertise: Proficient in Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, and Multiplanar Reconstruction.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ARRT(R)(CT) certifications are mandatory.
• Technology: Must have experience with Siemens FORCE scanners; GE scanner experience is also required.

Schedule

• Weekend availability is essential: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts.
• Operational hours include 2 night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) and 1 evening shift (15:00 - 03:00) on Mondays.
• No weekend RTO (Requested Time Off) is allowed.

Additional Information

This position involves working in the emergency department performing imaging for a diverse patient population, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
