Begin your career in financial services with a structured development program designed to prepare you for long-term success as a Financial Advisor. No prior advisory experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and sponsorship for FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensing to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
At Principal, you'll work with business owners, professionals, and families to help them plan for their financial future while building your own book of business. $76,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Complete a structured training program focused on financial planning, business development, and client relationship management
- Deliver ongoing service and support while building trust and expanding your professional network
- Analyze client financial information to help develop customized strategies aligned with their goals
- Build and grow a client base by developing relationships, networking, and connecting with prospective clients
- Utilize AI-powered prospecting and business development tools to identify potential clients and uncover opportunities within the small and mid-sized business market
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop professional relationships
- Strong initiative with a desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (sponsorship provided)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
