Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

WCS Healthcare Partners is excited to invite a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established primary care team in Connecticut. This role offers the chance to build your own patient panel in a patient-centered environment, supported by a seamless integration process. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients (18+). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Develop and maintain a patient panel, fostering long-term relationships. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice. Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and patient management. Requirements Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility). APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or PA training. Minimum of 1 year experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting.
