RN Nurse MedSurg Unit Night Shift / PERMANENT POSITION

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Travel MedSurg RN for an exciting assignment in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on medical-surgical units within acute care hospital settings. As a key member of the Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will use your strong clinical skills and sound judgment to assess patient conditions, administer medications and IV therapies, perform wound care and post-operative management, and coordinate comprehensive care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Working as a travel nurse with Gifted Healthcare, you will quickly integrate into new hospital environments, adapting to unit-specific workflows while maintaining a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to care. You will conduct thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, identify and respond promptly to changes in patient status, and communicate clearly with physicians, specialists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) is essential, as is adherence to all safety, quality, and infection control standards.
