What You’ll Do As a CMA on our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional pediatric care by: Providing direct patient care in a supportive, family-centered environment Administering and managing vaccines safely and efficiently Preparing exam rooms and ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready Assisting providers during exams and procedures Supporting patient flow to ensure an efficient and positive experience Maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC (EHR system) Creating a warm, welcoming environment for children and families Anticipating provider needs and supporting clinical workflows proactively Who You Are Enjoys working with children of all ages, from infants to teens Is comfortable navigating both busy and slower pediatric seasons Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, organization, and initiative Has a natural ability to connect with children and families Is flexible and open to traveling between 1–2 locations as needed Takes pride in delivering patient-centered care What We Offer Competitive wages, including quarterly bonus opportunities Paid holidays and vacation time A collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development within a growing pediatric practice Qualifications Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (required) Experience in patient care and assisting with medical procedures Knowledge of medical terminology Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (EHR) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols Previous experience in pediatrics or family medicine preferred Why Join Us?
