Responsibilities

  • Define and lead DuPont’s enterprise integrated supply chain strategy, tightly aligned to growth, commercial excellence, and operational excellence ambitions.
  • Design and deploy a modern, end‑to‑end supply chain operating model — clarifying decision rights, governance, accountability, and performance expectations across all Lines of Business.
  • Lead the development and execution of a bold AI and digital roadmap, transforming supply chain decision‑making through advanced analytics, predictive insights, and automation.
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior operations and business leaders, shaping how the enterprise uses data and technology to compete and win, strengthening planning accuracy and execution.
  • Drive measurable, enterprise‑wide improvement in critical metrics including On Time In Full (OTIF), inventory days, planning accuracy, cost‑to‑serve, logistics efficiency, and customer service.
  • Use advanced analytics to uncover root causes, prioritize the highest‑value opportunities, and accelerate results at scale.
  • Strengthen working capital and resilience through improved end‑to‑end visibility, disciplined execution, and smarter planning decisions.
  • Build a high‑impact Supply Chain COE that serves as the enterprise engine for standards, best practices, performance management, and capability building.
  • Establish common playbooks, tools, and governance across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer service, logistics, and end‑to‑end execution — while enabling flexibility where business models require it.
  • Create powerful mechanisms to benchmark performance, share innovation, and continuously raise supply chain maturity across the company.
  • Develop a next‑generation supply chain leadership bench, building deep capability in digital, analytics, process discipline, and enterprise thinking.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire senior supply chain leaders, creating a culture that values data‑driven decisions, continuous improvement, and enterprise impact.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience leading integrated supply chain, logistics, customer service, and other operations related fields in complex, global, industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • A proven track record of enterprise‑scale transformation, delivering sustained improvements in service, cost, inventory, and end‑to‑end performance.
  • Deep experience designing and deploying end‑to‑end supply chain operating models in multi‑business, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading through a Center of Excellence model, influencing outcomes through governance, partnership, and credibility.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect supply chain decisions to growth, margin, customer experience, and resilience.
  • Hands‑on leadership experience with AI, advanced analytics, and digital supply chain modernization, translating technology into measurable business value.
  • Working knowledge of IBP/S&OP, ERP platforms, planning tools, network design, and digital supply chain ecosystems.
