What you’ll do Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific tools Collect data and develop individualized treatment plans Implement treatment based on recommendations and clinical best practices Provide family support and training Lead and educate your team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists Collaborate with clinicians dedicated to community service Plan discharge and transition for children on your caseload Provide in-home, school, and clinic services as needed What you’ll bring The drive to help families and support staff A passion for working with children with ASD, especially underserved populations A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification from the BACB NC LBA license (or ability to obtain) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance Ability to pass background and abuse registry checks How you can grow at Cardinal As a BCBA, your learning and growth opportunities expand as the company grows.
