Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client needs and goals
Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
Identify and grow opportunities within your territory, working closely with sales teams to drive growth
Assist with handling client requests or issue escalations when needed
Provide support across various administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, updating systems, and managing schedules
Requirements

Proven experience managing client relationships, ideally in fields like hospitality, client success, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail, effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
