Location: Burlington, NJ Position: Automotive Salesperson (Salary with bonuses) Company: Burlington Volkswagen Key Responsibilities Learn and follow a structured sales process to assist customers in finding the right vehicle. Greet customers and ask the right questions to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Present new and pre-owned vehicles clearly and confidently, including features, benefits, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance with guidance and coaching. Support customers through each step of the purchase process, from first contact to delivery. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service. Work toward individual and team sales goals with the support of management and training staff. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in a team-focused environment. Qualifications Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right candidate. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Coachable mindset and openness to feedback. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
