The Opportunity

As part of the Risk & Independence team you will lead Partner-level reviews that shape PwC's network strategy and secure regulatory compliance. As a Manager you will guide a cross-functional team on auditor independence, oversee compliance processes, and promote a culture of integrity and professionalism. This role offers the chance to engage diverse stakeholders, develop training programs, and contribute to setting industry-leading independence standards.

- Analyze compliance data to identify areas for enhancement

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 4 years of experience in personal independence, risk & Independence, asset and wealth management client service or investment banking

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Demonstrating broad knowledge of auditor independence concepts

- Understanding compliance and data processes in professional services

- Managing coaching and development efforts of the team

- Leading and directing multiple projects to completion

- Excelling in interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills

- Developing and presenting subject matter training

- Engaging and leveraging AI tools (e.g. CoPilot, ChatGPT)

- Promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Travel Requirements

Up to 20%

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
